Well after a short 1 week holiday I return to see 4 new house sales and a cumilative total that negates the need to continue with this month. Hence, the sales total for May has been reached with 3 good selling weeks & June sales target has started!
I am pleased to report that there is sales activity in certain quarters & buyers now look keen to secure property prior to the end of the summer.
